TERMS OF SERVICE
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY ENGINES
All WebGL shaders, deterministic spatial engines, 6-DoF demining simulation architectures, multi-agent synthetic models, and proprietary audio-visual assets on this portal are the sole intellectual property of Intherion LLC. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, or extract 3D assets or neural weights without an executed commercial license.
Trademarks including “INTHERION”, the Intherion Lion Shield Emblem, “SYNAPSE AI”, and sovereign product marks are proprietary marks of Intherion LLC.
DEFENSE & EXPORT-CONTROLLED CAPABILITIES
Certain tactical radar matrices, drone swarm orchestration kernels, and aerial ground-penetrating radar (GPR) digital twins showcased within the Defense division are subject to U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Clearance Restrictions: Access to active military simulation environments is restricted to authorized defense personnel and validated government contractors.
- Air-Gapped Isolation: Humanitarian demining VR training models developed with Tip of the Spear NGO / Ryan Hendrickson operate strictly within authorized operational boundaries.
AUTHORIZED EVALUATION & ACCEPTABLE USE
